XPG Gammix S70 Blade 2TB PCIe Gen4 x4 M.2 SSD (up to 7400MB/s) with heat sink
How easy is it to install an SSD?
It’s so easy! Completely tool-free case cover removal. In fact, the only screw you’ll have to remove is the screw that keeps the SSD enclosure cover in place. You can’t return it even when you’re done. Sony has a quick and easy way YouTube video guide.
What if the SSD I purchased does not have a heatsink?
Sony recommends installing a solid-state drive (SSD) with an attached heatsink. If the SSD you buy doesn’t include one, it’s easy to buy one for approx $10 on Amazon And add it yourself. Most of these heatsinks only attach using adhesive tape such as heat tape.
