A millionaire investment banker was filmed punching a woman in the face, causing her to fall to the ground, on the streets of New York on Saturday night.

Jonathan Kay, 52, was seen delivering a vicious swipe at an unnamed woman in Brooklyn, where he lives in a $4 million four-bedroom townhouse in the expensive Park Slope area. It is unclear what sparked the confrontation.

Kay serves as a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, a leading investment bank with offices in Midtown Manhattan.

In the clip, the woman appears falling to the ground from the force of the punch, while one of the spectators rushes to help her to no avail. Others are heard looking at Kay calling Kay an “ahole” and telling him to “fuck himself” – briefly attracting his attention before he suddenly turns away.

A bank spokesman confirmed to DailyMail.com that Kay was the man in the viral video, and said it had already sparked an investigation.
