Raquel Levis “Never Get Punched” by Shayna Shay’s Attorney

Raquel Levis “never got beaten up” by Sheena Shay, who is the attorney for the recent “Vanderpump Rules” star.

“This entire case was fabricated by a known liar and deceiver who betrayed everyone close to her,” Nima Rahmani, lead attorney for the West Coast trial, told Page Six in a statement.

“Chyna didn’t punch Rachel, period,” the former federal prosecutor continues, referring to Levi’s by her legal name.

“The supposed dark marks around her left eye had been there for months.”

Confirming Thursday’s Page Six report that no one on the “Pump Rules” cast spoke to Levi’s, Rachmany says, “Neither Chyna nor the other cast members want anything to do with Rachel moving forward.”

The lawyer believes the judge has “only heard a one-sided account” of the alleged altercation so far.

Rahmani concluded by saying, “We look forward to presenting the full and true story in the March 29 session.”

A representative for Leviss did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

On Tuesday, Levis, 28, filed for a temporary restraining order against Shay, 37, after she faced backlash over her relationship with Tom Sandoval.

The former pageant queen has alleged Shay punched her in the face during the “heated confrontation” in New York City over her affair with Sandoval, 40.

Levis posted shocking photos of her alleged injuries in court documents obtained by Page Six on Wednesday.

Levi’s alleged that Shay bruised her eye after admitting she had a “month-long relationship” with Sandoval, while he was dating his best friend Ariana Madix.

Levi’s alleged black eye was visible when it was photographed out and about on Wednesday.

However, the alleged cut in Levi’s eyebrow documented in her filing against Shay does not appear to be visible.

Friends of the “Pump Rules” cast cast doubt on Leviss’ claims, announcing that she had a black eye before traveling to the Big Apple with Shay.

“What I did is disgusting enough. But to lie about a black eye?” Singer Tori Keith wrote in a Wednesday post on an Instagram story. “Come on Raquel, we’re not stupid. You are.”

Keith added, “I’ve had this black eye ever since I was ‘supposedly’ punched.”

In a follow-up storyline, the musician criticized Levis for “[deciding] to the f–k with scheanas lives,” describing the reality star’s claims as “sad attempts to take the heat off [her] heinous acts.”
