Also seen in the photo are Tina and her son, Alia’s father Mahesh Bhatt, her sister Shaheen Bhatt, Ranbir’s aunt Reema Jain and her cousin Nitasha Nanda.
All of them flashed big smiles to the camera while Ranbir was seen with his arm around Alia. The ceremony was held at the couple’s home in Bandra. In the photo, one can also see a room decorated with flowers for the mehndi party scheduled to take place later in the day.
While sharing the photo, Tina wrote on Instagram, “An inner circle is widening.” Sony wrote the word “family” in the caption and Riddhima left a bunch of heart emojis on the post.
Alia and Ranbir have been dating for five years and decided to marry on April 14. The intimate celebration was attended only by close friends and family. The guest list included his cousin Kareena Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Armaan Jain, Aadar Jain, her sister Pooja Bhatt, and filmmakers Karan Johar and Ayan Mukerji.
Alia and Ranbir will soon appear together on screen for the first time in Brahmastra Ayan Mukerji. The film is scheduled to be released on September 9, 2022. It also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Moni Roy and Ngarjuna Akinini.
