“Outer Banks” actor Austin North was arrested in Las Vegas Tuesday night on a gross misdemeanor charge after attacking several hospital workers at UMC Hospital.
According to the police report Obtained by TMZOfficers were dispatched to the scene for a report of an apparent assault and battery in the emergency room.
Upon their arrival, police interviewed the alleged victims.
According to two nurses and a phlebotomist interviewed by officers, the attack came out of nowhere. The 27-year-old actor from the hit Netlix series punched and shoved all three hospital staff in succession for no apparent reason.
There's still no word on why the actor was in the hospital in the first place.
The Post has reached out to North representatives for comment.
According to the report, North allegedly punched one of the nurses in the head, shoved another in the face, and pushed the phlebotomist onto the table.
The phlebotomist then used a nearby Chinese table in self-defense and hit North in the head.
Security officers then arrested North, but not before he was able to attack a fourth woman, but her role and identity were not revealed.
According to TMZ. The cops were finally able to handcuff him to a nearby hospital gurney. Police officers on the scene read North his Miranda rights and allegedly said “yes” when told they had arrested him for battery.
North was then taken to prison.
He has since been released on bail.
