- Samsung has started rolling out the One UI 6.1 update to older Galaxy flagship phones.

True to its promise, Samsung has started rolling out the One UI 6.1 update in the US. The upcoming update comes loaded with Galaxy AI features for older Samsung Galaxy phones.
Nowadays, we see Reports From the update released for the Galaxy S23 series. Verizon has also listed the update for S23 lineupthe Galaxy Z Fold 5and the Galaxy Z Flip 5. The software also brings the March security patch to older Samsung flagships.
With One UI 6.1, older Galaxy phones gain the following new AI features:
- Research circle
- Live translation
- Chat help in Samsung Messages
- translator
- Automatic summarization and formatting in Samsung Notes
- Transcribe and translate in audio recorder
- Generative editing

If the latest One UI 6.1 update hasn't made it to your eligible Galaxy flagship, don't worry. With the rollout now underway, the OTA version should be available for download very soon. Apart from the above-mentioned Galaxy phones, the update will also be rolled out to the Galaxy Tab S9 series.
