Kanye West He had a project manager supervising the remodel of his Malibu home while he slept on the floor, and fired the man over a dispute over removing all of the house’s windows and electricity… according to a new lawsuit.

You are being sued by a man named… Tony Saxonwho claims Yeezy hired him back in September 2021 as project manager, business supervisor, and 24/7 security for the mogul’s Malibu estate.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Saxon claims he worked 16-hour days and slept on the floor while coordinating. Kanye remake …and he says that Yi doesn’t care much because he was literally using a coat as makeshift bedding.

In the docs, Saxon says Kanye ignored all of his concerns and only paid him one week of work until things came to a head in November 2021 when Saxon claims Yee demanded that Saxon remove all of the house’s windows and electricity.

Saxon says he “expressed concerns about the extreme danger of such actions”…but claims Kanye raised his voice and then insisted on moving large generators inside the house, which Saxon feared could create a fire risk.

In the lawsuit, Saxon claims Kanye threatened him and said he would be considered an “enemy” if he did not comply with the demands. Saxon says he won’t budge and Kanye tells him to “get the hell out.”

Saxon also says Yee told him, “If you don’t do what I say, you won’t work with me, I won’t be your friend anymore, and you’ll only watch me on TV.” He says he told Yee he didn’t watch TV and was immediately fired.

The man is suing Kanye for various labor law violations…and he’s going after Yeezy for unpaid wages, plus damages.
