A dedicated RTX 4060 Ti comes in at $470
Gigabyte is the first board partner to confirm pricing for their RTX 4060 Ti series.
The RTX 4060 Ti introduced earlier this week is the first graphics card from the Ada Lovelace family to come under $400, which is NVIDIA’s official MSRP (manufacturer’s suggested retail price) for this card. As with every launch, gamers will see MSRP and non-MSRP GPUs, and Gigabyte appears to be the first brand to reveal pricing for their cards.
The full RTX 4060 Ti Gigabyte series is now listed by two major US retailers, and the prices are identical for both. This means we now have an overview of the cost of custom designs:
- NVIDIA RTX 4060 Ti Founders EditionMSRP: $399
- GIGABYTE RTX 4060 Ti Eagle (non-OC)MSRP: $399
- GIGABYTE RTX 4060 Ti Eagle OC Graphics CardMSRP: $419
- GIGABYTE RTX 4060 Ti OC GAMING CARDMSRP: $429
- GIGABYTE RTX 4060 Ti Aero OC Graphics CardMSRP: $449
- GIGABYTE RTX 4060 Ti Aorus Elite Graphics CardMSRP: $469
Gigabyte will release one MSRP card, Eagle non-OC, while a factory overclocked version will cost an additional $20. The Gaming OC, Aero OC, and Aorus Elite will later cost $20 more as we move up the ladder from lower SKUs to higher. The most expensive card will retail for $469.99, just $30 off the entry-level RTX 4060 Ti 16GB MSRP of $499.
We haven’t yet learned the full details about the dedicated RTX 4060 Ti cards from AIBs, like how much power they’ll unlock for manual mods. What we often see with affordable cards these days is an artificial lock of TDP adjustment. Hopefully this isn’t the case with the RTX 4060 Ti, but one must remember that the $100 RTX 4060 Ti 16GB launched in a couple of months. At some point, or perhaps already as with the AORUS Elite, the price will come uncomfortably close to the MSRP of the 16GB variant, which should be a more future-proof option anyway.
Unfortunately, there are no prices for ASUS, MSI or GALAX, all of which have official US stores where we can see the retailer’s MSRP. Retailers didn’t include it either.
