1. Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles: Hurts comes off a season in which he threw for a career-high 3,858 yards and 23 touchdowns last season, and also had 605 yards and 15 touchdowns. He’ll look to cut down on his 15 passing touchdowns, but without sacrificing aggression, as he ranks third among NFL quarterbacks in yards through the air per pass attempt (8.7) and fourth in fantasy points per pass return (0.65).

2. Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills: Allen had 15 touchdowns last season, 4,306 passing yards and 29 touchdowns.
