English training for the unemployed

English training for the unemployed

Allée des Las Planes, a training center for “English companies” in Colomiers, 18, welcomes a group of job seekers who have been working for a few days, benefiting from 100% English-funded training in the Occitanie region.

Every morning, they go to training to fully immerse themselves in the English-speaking world. With 100 hours of lessons in four weeks, these training classes, called Skills Plus, are a real opportunity for job seekers to take one or two levels in English. At the end of the course they receive the official Linguaskill from the Cambridge exam.

The next exercise starts on October 11th. To this end, interested job seekers should contact the English Institutional Training Center as soon as possible, which will provide them with a written assessment and an oral interview in English.

The uniqueness of the training center is to give confidence to the learners and to provide participatory and fun education led by native English speaking trainers and TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) graduates. Courses include workshops, discussions, and presentations.

Founded by Fe Rees in 1980, English Institutions is a human-scale, independent and original training center. The center benefits from the National Qualification Certificate. English companies that specialize in professional English training offer training in English, but also in French (Foreign Language (FLE), Spanish, Italian, German, etc. All training courses at the center, except those reserved for job seekers, are targeted at employees who can fund their language training through the CPF (Personal Training Account).
