Anthony Taylor will referee Wednesday's (9pm) Champions League semi-final first leg between Borussia Dortmund and PSG. UEFA made the official announcement on Monday. The 45-year-old Englishman will be joined by Gerry Beswick and Adam Nunn.
The Parisians have already crossed paths with the experienced Premier League referee this season. This is during the quarter-final first leg of C1 PSG-Barcelona at the Parc des Princes stadium. Luis Enrique's men lost 3-2 before turning things around when they returned to Barcelona (1-4). Note that the other semi-final, Bayern Munich-Real Madrid (Tuesday 9pm), will be refereed by Frenchman Clement Turbin.
