The organizers behind Scotland's latest disastrous Willy Wonka-themed event have some explaining to do – and Billy McFarland wants to offer his expertise in event failures.

The Wonka experience, which cost $45 per person, promised guests “a journey full of wondrous creations and enchanting surprises” — but instead ended with crying children and angry parents.
