“Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé” premieres in London with Taylor Swift
Taylor Swift and her daughter Blue Ivy joined Beyoncé on the black carpet for the London premiere of her film “Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé.”
Who runs the box office? Beyonce.
Less than a week after debuting her music documentary, “Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé,” which was the No. 1 film last weekend with more than $20 million in ticket sales, the singer celebrated her accomplishments at Rare long post on Instagram Wednesday.
In the caption of a video recapping the star-studded film’s world premieres and the positive critical reception it received, the “Break My Soul” singer thanked those who worked on “Renaissance,” which she wrote, directed and produced, and of course — Bay Cell.
“It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done because of the short time. I was practically falling asleep during the editing, color and mixing sessions. It was just a race against time to get this film out so quickly.” I wrote. “But it was worth all the grinding.”
Beyoncé also shouted it out to the extent that fans went to treat the cinema screenings as if they were actually at a World Renaissance concert.
“I love seeing everyone dressed in their fanciest clothes in the theaters,” she wrote. “Silent challenges And it still happens even in the theater!! You all crack me up. Please keep that energy going. I can’t wait to see what else you do :).”
The star didn’t ignore new fans in her message.
“I also love seeing positive thoughts from people who weren’t my fans or didn’t know my story yet. People who had no interest in watching my shows and who have now gained a deeper understanding and respect for all it takes to be one.” “A renaissance woman,” Beyoncé wrote.
“I pray that I continue to make something that lifts you all up the same way you continue to lift me up. While I’m often critical and feel like my art is never finished, the pendulum is swinging. I feel grateful,” she captioned it. I finish. “We have the #1 movie in the country! And 💯 on Rotten Tomatoes 🍅 and that’s thanks to you and your support! I humbly thank you.”
