Adele recently took to Instagram to thank fans for their “life-changing” Las Vegas stay, and it looks like the singer is ready to continue her reign at the place.
Hello hitmaker has signed a huge new deal to expand their sold-out shows across the pond once again. the sun It has been reported.
This will be the second time the show has been extended, dashing fans’ hopes that the singer might go on a world tour in the near future.
The series of shows, titled Weekends With Adele, is scheduled to take place at the Colosseum At Caesars Palace It will continue until June 2024 after a short break next month, after the end of its current mission November 4.
The star returned to the charts in 2021 with her fourth album 30 and has since been selling out her Vegas residency.
A source told the publication: “Vegas is the perfect Adele. This means she can perform regularly for her fans without having to live on the road.”
“It’s just a short flight from Los Angeles once a week, so when she’s not on stage she can stay with her son Angelo.”
“A second extension has been agreed and looks set to be announced during her final weekend next month.”
MailOnline has contacted Adele’s representatives for comment.
Adele has spoken about her struggles with fame in the past and how her priority is a stable life for her and her son, something the life of a touring pop star doesn’t always guarantee.
Earlier this week, Adele thanked her fans for sharing “spiritual and heartbreaking interactions” during her time in Vegas.
She took to Instagram with a heartfelt post in which she shared a special clip of herself with her fans.
In the montage, Adele is seen hugging the audience, signing autographs, receiving flowers and shedding tears on stage.
“This residency and these shows changed my life. I was desperate to fall in love with live performance again, and I did,” the musician wrote.
I needed to reconnect with my songs and remember what they meant to me, and I did.
“Being on stage over the past year up close and personal with the audience again after all these years has been a truly extraordinary restorative experience that I will never forget.
“All the fun, passionate, wild, heartbreaking interactions we had are stored in my mind for life. The looks on your faces, seeing you laughing and crying together and singing your hearts out and stocking up on bags of confetti.
“All the dolls, friendship bracelets, flowers, facetime calls, and flags. It’s crazy how fun a show full of sad songs can be!! I felt so much and learned so much about myself and you.”
“He humanized everything I thought was scary.” Mostly though – it’s made me realize how much I really enjoy being on stage, that I’m damn good at it and it’s 100% where I belong!
“So let’s go one last time before I turn into a showgirl forever!” I love you and I’ll see you on the other side soon x’
