The Kids Club, is a center for children aged 1 to 12 who want to learn English. It is located in the Muffetard district of the 5th arrondissement of Paris. There, children participate in many activities like games, songs, dance, cooking and plastic arts in English. Facilitators are English speaking and work with small groups of children so that they have all the attention they need.
The center is specially designed to accommodate children of different ages, with spaces suitable for all. During the school holidays there are courses and workshops where parents can participate with their children. The goal is to make learning English fun and accessible for little ones.
Lessons are not fair Classic lessons, but moments where children learn by doing activities they enjoy. It is a good way for them to learn English in a natural way without stress.
So what workshops can we participate in with our children?
There are many, but as we speak there is a Kiddies Garden, a program for 2-3 year olds organized around different themes throughout the year.
Each theme helps children explore their five senses, improve their motor skills and stimulate their creativity. We also gradually introduce Montessori materials such as practical and sensory activities and discoveries about nature.
Additionally, children celebrate English-speaking holidays like Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, making this time fun and memorable while discovering a new culture in a fun and interactive way.
