What is the Celtics parade route?
According to Wu’s office, the parade will begin at 11 a.m. in front of TD Park.
After turning onto Causeway Street, the duck boats will pass through City Hall Plaza and Boston Common at Tremont Street.
The parade will end on Boylston Street next to the Hynes Convention Center.
Heat wave in Boston affects parade plans
City officials face an additional challenge in planning Boston’s newest championship parade. The Celtics clinched the title as a potential heatwave was set to arrive Record temperatures are likely to be set in Boston.
