Daily deals for Tuesday, July 4 include free Amazon credit, rock-bottom prices on Alienware laptops and PCs, the best price we’ve seen on an officially licensed PS5 SSD, and a new discount on The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom game, 55% off the best Fire TV Stick, and more.
Buy $50 Amazon eGift Card, Get $5 Free Amazon eGift Card
Amazon Prime members only
From July 3rd to July 10th, Amazon offers $5 Free Amazon Credit When you purchase a $50 Amazon eGift Card. If you purchased a digital gift card, you will receive it almost instantly via email. The $5 reward credit should be automatically added to your Amazon account within minutes of purchasing your gift card.
There are two caveats to this deal. You must be an Amazon Prime member and log into your account to see this deal. You will also have to use your balance By August 23, 2023. Fortunately, since you’ll receive the credit almost instantly, you can apply it to any Prime Day purchases you make. This is pretty cool because we often see cash back deals from other sellers with time freezes attached to them, so you can only actually use the money after a certain big sale has gone through.
Officially Licensed WD SN850P 2TB PS5 SSD for $129.99
There are a lot of great deals on PS5 compatible SSDs. However, if you are looking for one that is officially licensed by Sony, then your options have narrowed down to a single SSD. This is correct WD Black SN850P It is the only officially licensed SSD for PS5. Today, Amazon has the lowest-priced 2TB model we’ve ever seen. WD SN850P is specially made for PS5 console. This means it meets all of Sony’s requirements, such as a minimum read speed of 5500MB/s, PCI-Express Gen4x4 interface, and a slim, efficient heatsink that fits within the confines of a PS5 bay. So what makes the SN850P different from WD’s flagship SN850X? Aesthetics aside, none at all. But this is not a bad thing. The SN850X is one of the fastest SSDs on the market. Usually it is SN850P More expensive of the SN850X and that will likely cover the cost of the official PS5 license. For that, you get the only licensed PS5 SSD on the market, it just so happens to be one of the fastest SSDs on the market, and it’s priced very low. This is a win-win situation for any PS5 gamer.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom for $57.99
Amazon is currently offering the latest version The Legend of Zelda: Kingdom’s Tears for Nintendo Switch for $57.99, down from its MSRP of $69.99. Those who pre-ordered Tears of the Kingdom months in advance are already aware that this game has already launched at a retail price of $59.99. That changed in February when Nintendo arbitrarily raised the MSRP to $69.99, making it the most expensive Switch game ever (excluding bundled games like Ring Fit or Mario Kart Home Circuit). It’s nice to see the price drop again so soon after release, because it took several months for Breath of the Wild to see any kind of price drop.
Fire TV Stick 4K Max for $24.99
As part of the Early Prime Day event, Amazon has the Fire TV Stick 4K Max for just $24.99, or 55% off the original retail price of $54.99. This is the best Fire TV you can get. It has 40% more processing power than the original Fire TV chip, which means it can handle 4K Ultra HD audio, Dolby Vision, HDR, HDR10+, and Dolby Atmos without a hitch. It also supports the new Wi-Fi 6 standard to handle the increased bandwidth needed for large 4K broadcasts. This is better than the built-in Smart TV interface because you can move it from TV to TV without having to redo all your profiles and settings.
Alienware Aurora RTX 4090 Gaming PC for $2,999.99
As part of its Black Friday event in July, Dell is introducing a Alienware Aurora R15 A gaming PC with the latest GeForce RTX 4090 GPU for just $2,999.99. The R15 is Alienware’s latest flagship gaming PC, equipped with the latest AMD Ryzen 7 7700 processor with Cryo-Tech liquid cooling and a GeForce RTX 4090 GPU. The RTX 4090 is the most powerful video card you can get right now, leaving competitors like the newer Radeon RX 7900 XTX from AMD in the dust. It’s also ridiculously more powerful than any of the RTX 30 series cards: it’s up to 90% faster than the 3080 Ti. The 4090 is the one and only solution for 4K ray-traced gaming at 60+ fps. If you’re still not convinced, check out our RTX 4090 review.

Samsung 980 Pro 2TB M.2 SSD $99.99
Looking for a fast, inexpensive M.2 SSD from a brand you know? Here is your answer. Amazon offers today Samsung 980 Pro 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe Gen 4 Solid State Drive for only $125.99. Compared to off-the-shelf PS5 SSDs from Western Digital and Seagate, this is the cheapest. In terms of performance, it is no longer the fastest SSD on the market (file 990 pro is), but it’s still a file very fast drive. It’s certainly more than the minimum speed requirement of 5,600MB/s for use as a PS5 storage upgrade, with speeds up to 7,100MB/s.
Flexispot E5 Desk starts at $219.99
Flexispot takes off Fourth of July for sale At up to 50% off their most popular standing desks. We love Flexispot because they offer high-quality electric standing desks with all the features you want at a fraction of the price compared to other, more popular models.
The Flexispot E5 Desk is my personal pick for the best value ESD while still offering all the premium features you could want. They now cost $219.99 (usually $379.99) for the base only and desktops start at $80. Flexispot E5 is the least expensive model with an extension dual drive Lift system able to take more weight (up to 287 lbs.) and put less stress on each motor, thus extending life. The dual beam construction means your desktop won’t sag no matter what materials you use. I’d recommend getting a 3-stage steel frame because it’s rated for max weight and has more range (24.4″ to 50″) for only $10 more, and it’s definitely worth the value. The advanced keyboard gives you three memory presets and a timer to remind you when to switch sitting/standing positions. Anti-collision feature, essential in all offices, will stop the desk when it detects an obstruction in the engine. The E5 comes with a 10-year warranty on all metal, mechanical and electrical parts and components, including the motor.
