This is the shocking moment when a man with a bowl can pour liquid on a car before setting it on fire and striking another man during an angry line.
The incident, which took place in Leicester, came after two men got into an argument at a nearby restaurant on March 8, locals claim.
CCTV footage from the house shows two men walking toward the line of cars parked on the street.
Locals say that one of the vehicles belonged to a man.
Another man can be seen holding a sheet of glass and appears to throw liquid at the car before proceeding to light it.
Then, the man with the can punches the alleged owner, with the blow knocking him to the ground.
He then briskly walks away from the scene, as the man lies on the ground, and the car catches on fire.
After the terrible accident, policemen and firefighters were called to the scene.
No arrests have been made.
Police are appealing for information and anyone with some has been urged to come forward.
A Leicestershire Police spokesperson said: ‘Police were called to Walton Street in Leicester just before 2pm on Wednesday (8 March) following a report of a car on fire.
It was established that the fire was started deliberately.
“During the attendance, the officers recognized and spoke to the owner of the vehicle, who was not inside the vehicle at the time.”
They added: “Inquiries are continuing.
“No arrests have been made, and anyone with information regarding the incident is being asked to call 101, citing Incident 299 of March 8.”
