In the palace of the Qatari Sheikh’s son… the incredible story of English supporters looking for beers.
After England’s big win over Iran (6-2) at the World Cup on Monday, three English supporters tried to get beer – eventually banned near and inside the stadiums. They had an incredible evening.
“At last we are inside a great palace…”
“We were looking for beers. We meet two Qataris and they tell us they’ll find some. So we get in their car and we come to a big palace,” English supporter Alex, who shared the images, told TalkSport. Social websites.
Fancy, lions, exotic birds, monkeys… whatever. “This is crazy,” even Alex exclaims as the lion cub starts playing with his hand. “We met one of the Sheikh’s sons and he and his friends made us feel very welcome,” said friend John, who was with Alex.
An unforgettable memory
An unforgettable memory for John and Alex, whose father was present and seems to have gotten along well with the Qataris, is shown pictures of his son being shot in the vehicle of “Nawaf and Abdul-Aziz”. What a story!
