“They are both handsome, creative and curious to know what life can offer them,” Barak wrote in the article.
Jayden Federline has reportedly said that despite choosing not to see his mother for several months, he hopes time will heal his family.
“I love you so much,” Jayden Federline said of his mother. “I hope it’s the best for you. Maybe one day we can sit like this and talk again.”
In Spears’ post, she wrote, “I tell my son Jayden I am sending you all the love in the world every day for the rest of my life!!!! My love for my children has no limits.”
Federline has reportedly addressed the challenges he and his older brother, who never gave an interview on camera for the documentary, have felt in recent years.
“We’ve been through so much stress in the past that this is our safe place now, to process all the emotional trauma we’ve been through to heal, to heal our mental state,” Federline said in the documentary.
Spears seemed to respond to those specific comments in her letter, writing, “It’s so sad to know his cries of saying I didn’t live up to his expectations of a mother.”
Spears has also dealt with her son defending their father, Kevin Federline, and her parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears.
CNN has reached out to Spears’ representatives for further comments.
