Postage rates are a major cost centre for all publishers and for those using the Print Post service. Recent rises in most categories have become a significant issue with users and as such a most important initiative has been instigated by Fulfillment House D&D Mailing Services hosting a Forum under the theme PRINT POST, DEFINING THE FUTURE.
The Forum will take place in Melbourne this Wednesday (10th August) and will be repeated in Sydney the following week (17th August).
Australia Post has confirmed that Alistair Todd, National Manager, Letters Products & Optimisation, Product & Business Development Postal Services, will be present.
Australia Post will outline the current status of the product, AP's vision as to where they see this product in the future and how it impacts on Publishers.
Publishers, users of Print Post and their key personnel have an exclusive invite from D&D to attend. This forum will confront the various ramifications of Print Post and how users in their quest for cost control can gain a greater understanding of a product undergoing significant change.
D&D Mailing Services will record, monitor and issue a report on all points raised as a record for follow up and action. Publishers wishing to attend this two and half hour Forum, underwritten by D&D Mailing and receive the report should contact DDocherty@ddmail.com.au to confirm your attendance.
