|The Accountability in Ad-Spend one day conference, hosted by the Circulations Audit Board, to be held in Sydney next month will be split into two streams; buyers and sellers and will address the key issues affecting advertisers, marketers, media buyers and publishing professionals today spanning digital and print media.
A raft of leading industry experts will present on a range of topics from How to avoid being scammed through to How to extend your brand with multiple channels. Speakers include:
- Nick Keenan, head of Non-Broadcast, MediaCom
- Dr Clio Cresswell, author of the book Mathematics and Sex
- Peter Cornelius, Managing Director, Media Pacific, The Nielsen Company
- Don Jones, assistant commissioner for compliance and enforcement, NSW Fair Trading
Great networking opportunities will be available throughout the day, culminating in networking cocktails in the evening with a guest speaker.
CAB president Rob Yeomans said: "This conference is an important first for the CAB and highlights our dedication to making the media industry more accountable. The line up of topics and speakers has been designed to provide value for existing CAB members as well as anyone who buys or sells media."
