The prestigious gold award for international distributor of the year was picked up by Australia's NDD Distribution at the Association of Circulation Executives (ACE) Awards held at the Savoy Place in London last week with 1,100 guests in attendance.
The ACE judges honored NDD for its "innovative means of communicating to the retailer base" and e-campaigns that ensure a solid foundation for its titles, including 'Love' magazine (published by Conde Nast UK) in Australia.
With their focus on communication ingenuity, engagement with retailers and digital interactivity, NDD has beaten all other international distributors to win the Gold Award for a second time.
NDD General Manager Mark Darton said, "The winning submission explained how NDD's unique B2B digital trade direct marketing platform successfully targeted and interacted with newsagencies for the launch of ‘Love' magazine. NDD uses the platform for many and varied magazine eCampaigns, eAlerts, eSurveys, and awareness campaigns - interacting with individual newsagencies, measuring responses, and monitoring activity."
