ACP Magazines announced its investment into the expansion of Cosmopolitan Brand Extensions, with an increase in magazine production from seven to 10 issues each year plus added features.
Cosmopolitan Bride and Cosmopolitan Pregnancy magazines are both currently produced three times a year. From 2010 there will be four issues of Cosmopolitan Bride, four issues of Cosmopolitan Pregnancy plus a yearly Cosmopolitan Pregnancy Baby Checklist magazine, an essential shopping guide for parents-to-be that's packed with all the product information you need to prepare for baby's arrival, from nursery items to prams and feeding bottles.
In addition, the Cosmopolitan Brand Extensions team will be launching an annual Cosmopolitan Zest magazine, a joint venture between Hearst International and ACP magazines. The health title is targeted at women aged 18 to 39.
Cosmopolitan Brand Extensions was created in 2002 with the launch of Cosmopolitan Bride. Since its inception, the title has steadily increased its circulation and market share of the bridal magazine category. Cosmopolitan Pregnancy is a glamorous and informative fashion, beauty and lifestyle magazine for mums-to-be. Cosmopolitan Zest will be the only magazine that takes a holistic view of your health and happiness covering a range of topics - from food to travel, fitness to beauty, and style to health.
"It's very exciting to see such growth and investment in our magazines," said Editor Franki Hobson. "Both Cosmopolitan Bride and Cosmopolitan Pregnancy have established themselves as the must-reads in their categories, and we are thrilled to be launching Cosmopolitan Zest in such a thriving health market."
