A major publication will be launched in November listing over 2,500 publications in Australia together with contact details. The aim is to highlight the value of magazines as a relevant and significant source for advertisers in what is becoming a most competitive media landscape. It will be circulated in both print and digital formats throughout the calendar year.
The 2010 directory of publications will be marketed as Media Titles - The Advertising and Marketing Resource Guide and will be divided into CONSUMER, B2B and CUSTOM PUBLICATIONS. The introductory section will contain editorial, case studies and statistics relative to each magazine sector. Publishers will be able to promote their integrated platforms combining print and online within the publication.
The product has been embraced by major industry bodies with the Audit Bureau of Circulations and Circulations Audit Board placing a special 8 page supplement within the publication and collaborating with the circulation through advertising agencies.
Industry association Publishers Australia is also endorsing the publication with participating members receiving additional copies to circulate to their advertising clients and prospect base. The magazine awards taking place in November will also be documented within this publication.
The Australian Marketing Institute are endorsing this significant annual initiative and will be distributing copies of the publication to their marketing executives, many of whom represent advertising brands.
